Terms of Service
Effective August 17, 2026 · These terms govern use of stewardyn.com and Stewardyn-operated products and services unless a product-specific agreement states otherwise.
1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Stewardyn services, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms shown for the specific product or transaction. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.
2. Stewardyn products are evolving
Some Stewardyn products are offered as alpha, beta, preview, research, or early-access experiences. Features, integrations, availability, limits, pricing, and supported providers may change as products mature. We will not represent an experimental feature as guaranteed production functionality.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Do not share passwords or use another person's account without authorization. Notify Stewardyn promptly if you believe an account or purchase has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Stewardyn to violate law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; interfere with security or service availability; attempt unauthorized access; distribute malware; scrape or reverse engineer protected systems except as permitted by law; impersonate others; submit fraudulent payment information; or abuse product, refund, support, or promotional systems.
5. AI and decision-support outputs
Stewardyn uses AI, automation, scoring, heuristics, and third-party data to assist users. Outputs can be incomplete, delayed, probabilistic, or wrong. You remain responsible for decisions made using Stewardyn information and should independently verify information when accuracy matters.
Product-specific disclosures apply to specialized verticals. Fantasy products do not guarantee competitive outcomes. Business and professional products do not guarantee revenue, employment, promotion, or operational results. Financial Intelligence products are not a substitute for individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, or credit-repair advice unless Stewardyn expressly states that a qualified regulated service is being provided under a separate agreement.
6. Third-party services
Stewardyn may integrate with or rely on third parties such as Base44, Google, Mailchimp, Stripe, Polar, Square, fantasy platforms, utilities, data providers, or other service partners. Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or impose their own terms. Stewardyn is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control, although we will make reasonable efforts to design graceful fallbacks where appropriate.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid products are subject to the price, billing frequency, product description, and purchase terms shown before checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval until canceled. One-time purchases do not renew unless clearly stated otherwise. Our Purchase, Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
Stewardyn and its product names, branding, designs, software, workflows, documentation, training, prompts, models, scores, interfaces, original content, and other proprietary materials are owned by Stewardyn or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of Stewardyn intellectual property.
Unless a product explicitly includes a reusable or commercial license, access is for your personal or internal business use and may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or represented as your own product.
9. User content and feedback
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the permissions necessary for Stewardyn to host, process, analyze, transmit, and display it to provide the requested service. Do not submit information you lack authority to provide.
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, suggestions, or ideas, Stewardyn may use that feedback to improve its products without creating an obligation to compensate you, while continuing to respect confidential or personal information under applicable agreements and law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, nonpayment, abuse, legal compliance, material breach of these Terms, or protection of users and systems. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
11. Disclaimers
Except where prohibited by law, Stewardyn services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, third-party availability, or achievement of a particular commercial, fantasy, career, financial, or other result.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stewardyn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption arising from use of the services. Any limitation that cannot legally apply to you is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable United States and California law, without overriding consumer protections that apply based on your location. Before filing a formal dispute, we encourage you to contact Stewardyn so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue. These Terms do not currently require mandatory arbitration; any future dispute-resolution clause would be presented as a material terms update.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms as Stewardyn evolves. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate, and the effective date will be updated. Continued use after an effective change may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
