STEWARDYN PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Effective August 17, 2026 · This policy describes how Stewardyn collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains information across stewardyn.com and Stewardyn-operated products and services.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Stewardyn, we may collect contact information such as name, email address, phone number, company name, and website; account and authentication information; product-interest and funnel activity; support communications; transaction and entitlement metadata; device, browser, IP-address, session, and service-usage information; and information you choose to provide through forms or product workflows.

Some Stewardyn verticals may support more sensitive workflows. For example, authenticated Financial Intelligence or CreditOS experiences may allow authorized users to upload credit-report, identity, address, or supporting documents. Those workflows are treated separately from normal marketing data and are not required merely to browse the public Stewardyn website.

2. Payment information

Payment-card details are entered into the applicable payment processor's hosted experience, such as Stripe, Polar, or Square. Stewardyn may receive transaction identifiers, order status, amount, currency, customer identifiers, limited payment-method details such as card brand and last four digits, and processor receipt/refund information. Stewardyn does not need your full card number or card security code for customer support.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure Stewardyn; create and manage accounts; fulfill requests and purchases; provide product access; send transactional communications; answer support requests; improve products and user experience; understand funnel and product performance; prevent abuse and fraud; maintain records; and comply with legal obligations.

Marketing communications are optional where required. Transactional messages needed to complete a request, purchase, account action, or support case are separate from marketing consent.

4. Service providers and sharing

Stewardyn uses service providers to operate the business and products. Current or planned providers may include Base44 for application infrastructure and authentication, Google Workspace/Gmail for business communications, Mailchimp for opted-in marketing communications, and Stripe, Polar, or Square for payments and commerce operations. Other infrastructure, analytics, security, or data providers may be added as Stewardyn products evolve.

We disclose information to service providers only for legitimate business functions, legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, corporate transactions, or when you direct us to do so. We do not currently sell personal information for monetary consideration. The current launch build is not configured for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, this policy and any required privacy choices will be updated before the practice is enabled.

5. Cookies, storage and tracking

Stewardyn may use essential cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, session continuity, checkout attribution, and product functionality. Product analytics may record page or feature events. Additional analytics or advertising technologies will be disclosed and consent/choice controls added where required before broad deployment.

Where applicable, Stewardyn will honor legally recognized browser-based privacy preference signals. Traditional “Do Not Track” signals are not implemented consistently across the industry, so our practices are described directly in this policy.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining transaction and support records, complying with tax/accounting/legal requirements, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, maintaining security, and improving products. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement. Information no longer needed is deleted, de-identified, or otherwise handled according to applicable requirements and system capabilities.

7. Security

Stewardyn uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data and product stage, including HTTPS/TLS in transit, access controls, authentication, role-based permissions, restricted administrative surfaces, private-file workflows where appropriate, and limited disclosure of payment data. No system can guarantee absolute security, and we continuously improve safeguards as Stewardyn grows.

8. Your privacy choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism in those messages. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance. Depending on your location and whether a particular privacy law applies to Stewardyn, additional rights may apply, including rights relating to knowledge, deletion, correction, sale/sharing opt-out, limitation of certain sensitive-data uses, and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

Send privacy requests to [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

9. Children

Stewardyn's general business and professional products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through those services. Product-specific age requirements may apply to individual verticals.

10. Third-party services and links

Stewardyn products may connect to or link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review them before providing information directly to those providers.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as products, vendors, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
