Purchase, Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective August 17, 2026 ยท Applies to Stewardyn direct purchases unless a product-specific checkout displays different lawful terms.
1. Prices and checkout
We display the price, billing type, and core offer details before checkout. One-time purchases are labeled one-time. Recurring subscriptions disclose their renewal price and frequency before purchase. Taxes or processor fees, if applicable, may be shown by the checkout provider.
2. One-time purchases
One-time digital products, setup packages, and season passes do not automatically renew unless the checkout page clearly says otherwise.
3. Recurring subscriptions
Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the disclosed interval and price until canceled. If you subscribe online, Stewardyn will provide an online cancellation method through the applicable account or billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally takes effect at the end of the already-paid period unless otherwise displayed.
4. Stewardyn Fair Refund Promise
Unless a product-specific policy provides more favorable terms, customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of a charge. Eligible requests generally include duplicate charges, verified unauthorized charges, material access failures Stewardyn cannot reasonably correct, or a first-purchase request submitted within the 14-day period.
After 14 days, purchases are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise or Stewardyn determines a refund is appropriate. Stewardyn may deny abusive, fraudulent, or repeated refund requests.
5. Services and work already performed
For consulting, implementation, custom setup, or other service work, any refundable amount may be reduced by work already completed or nonrecoverable third-party costs if those terms were disclosed before purchase. Custom scopes may have their own statement of work and cancellation terms.
6. Subscription cancellation vs. refunds
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges. A refund of a subscription payment also does not automatically cancel future renewals unless the subscription is canceled separately.
7. Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined or remains incomplete, Stewardyn does not treat the order as paid or grant paid access unless the processor later confirms successful payment. Banks and card issuers control many decline decisions; Stewardyn can review available processor status but cannot override an issuer decline.
8. How to request help
Contact [email protected] and include the order or transaction identifier, product name, purchase email, and a short description of the issue. Product-specific support portals may provide a faster path.
Never send a full card number, card security code, bank password, or Stewardyn password in a support request.
9. Processor timing
Approved refunds are submitted to the applicable payment processor. The time for funds to appear is controlled by the processor, bank, card network, or payment method. Stewardyn cannot guarantee a specific posting date after a refund has been successfully submitted.
10. Consumer rights
This policy does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived. If applicable consumer law provides stronger cancellation, refund, or renewal rights, those rights control.
Operational launch policy draft. Final refund, service-credit, subscription, tax, and cancellation language should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial scale.
